So you should try it!

SATURDAY - Do what you want, don't have to do anything
SUNDAY - Day of rest
This
looks like a lot, especially if you are starting at nothing. The truth
is it's very little. The morning workouts are usually about 15 minutes
long, but they are intensive, engaging and get your body ready for the
hours ahead. Isolating different parts of your body each day is really
effective!
You can do yoga whenever, but I especially like to do it when working on my back muscles.
For
the home workouts, all you need is: two 5-pound weights (or two cans of
food), a yoga mat (you don't have to have one, but you can get them
cheap), a stability ball ($20 a WalMart), gym shoes, WATER. Water is the
most important thing. Don't over-do it, and always stay hydrated.
Obviously,
if you binge-eat cake and ice cream, this workout will merely maintain
your weight. The best way to balance this with a good lifestyle change
is to only buy food low in calories and high in nutrition, so if you do
feel like binge-eating something, you'll only have healthy things to
choose from. Cooking meals at home is the easiest way to keep it low
calorie. After your body gets into gear and you start moderating healthy
meals, you will stop having craving and you will have so much energy!
You
can do it!!! The excuse "I don't have the time" does not apply - 15
minutes out of your morning is nothing. Make time if you want to see the
changes. The key is to find what works for you, though. Those times when you are just sitting around bored but you don't feel like calling anyone and there's nothing on TV - get your booty moving! :)
If you don't have a gym membership, you can always do Zumba
and other things in your home as well if you're willing to put some
money out. But I do recommend to anyone who is serious about a healthy
lifestyle to join any gym; it doesn't have to be fancy or expensive, it
just has to be.
I also work on my spirit by meditating
at least once per week and taking bubble baths with candles and flue
meditation Pandora in the dark. I reflect, read and I also write in a
journal or sing! Being creative helps us feel more at peace - even if
being creative means simply analyzing your favorite TV show on the
couch.
Being healthy doesn't mean always working out:
It means knowing how to balance moving around, relaxing, eating well and
doing all our regular duties like work, school, cleaning, etc.
