Eat right. Eat whole foods (nothing processed). Eat small meals, frequently. Don't drink soda. Drink lots of water all the time. Don't eat within 2 hours of sleeping. Work out at least 4 days a week...I try to every day. That's it. It's simple and easy, you just have to do it.
All of this "dieting" and "miracle pill"-popping is useless and just helps us make excuses and pretend we are trying. Eating nutritious foods that my body needs and pushing myself to be active - that's what won in the end.
I will have pictures soon, but from Jan 2014 (341 pounds) to June 2014 (300 pounds) I lost that much from just being sensible - and I had goodies once a week! But being active allowed me to do that without feeling guilty or gaining weight. It's almost August and I will be weighing in soon...I'm very excited! My clothes fit me so much better. Some are too big on me and I've had to give them away! I feel great and I want others to feel great, too.
You hear this from people all of the time, but if I can do this SO CAN YOU!
Also, a positive attitude is MOST important! With some meditation and positive affirmations, cravings for things that are bad for you just disappear. We know what we need and once our body, mind, and spirit all sync together with the same goals, ANYTHING is possible!
:)
Love,
Ashley
